Fruit dessert
This colorful fruit dessert with mixed red fruits and a hint of mint is a fresh ending that feels light and elegant. Ingredients
- 100 grams strawberries, halved
- 100 grams of raspberries
- 100 grams of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- A few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
- Optional: a little grated lemon peel for extra freshness
Preparation method
- Combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a large bowl. Add honey or maple syrup for a light sweetness, depending on your taste.
- Add the finely chopped mint and, if desired, some grated lemon zest to the fruit mixture and stir gently.
