Ingredients

  • 100 grams strawberries, halved
  • 100 grams of raspberries
  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • A few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Optional: a little grated lemon peel for extra freshness

Preparation method

  1. Combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a large bowl. Add honey or maple syrup for a light sweetness, depending on your taste.
