Grilled pointed peppers with feta

These peppers are everything you want in a summer dish: colorful, flavorful, and super simple. Grilled until they are deliciously sweet and filled with creamy feta. A great combination for drinks, on the BBQ, or as a light meal.

Grilled pointed peppers with feta

Ingredients

  • 4 pointed peppers
  • 150 g feta
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Optional: fresh herbs such as parsley or mint, lemon juice for extra freshness

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the grill (pan) or BBQ thoroughly.
  2. Halve the pointed peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Lightly brush the halves with olive oil.
  4. Grill the peppers for a few minutes until soft and lightly charred.
  5. Crumble the feta over it and heat briefly, so that it melts slightly.
  6. Serve immediately, possibly with some fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice.
