Grilled pointed peppers with feta
These peppers are everything you want in a summer dish: colorful, flavorful, and super simple. Grilled until they are deliciously sweet and filled with creamy feta. A great combination for drinks, on the BBQ, or as a light meal.

Ingredients
- 4 pointed peppers
- 150 g feta
- Olive oil for brushing
- Optional: fresh herbs such as parsley or mint, lemon juice for extra freshness
Preparation method
- Preheat the grill (pan) or BBQ thoroughly.
- Halve the pointed peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Lightly brush the halves with olive oil.
- Grill the peppers for a few minutes until soft and lightly charred.
- Crumble the feta over it and heat briefly, so that it melts slightly.
- Serve immediately, possibly with some fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice.
