Ingredients

  • 1 half cooked lobster, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of Dutch shrimps
  • 100 grams of crayfish
  • 1 half avocado, sliced
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 50 grams mixed lettuce (for example lamb's lettuce and rocket)
  • 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce or a light dressing of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Divide the lettuce over two plates.
  2. Place the pieces of lobster, shrimp and crayfish neatly on the lettuce.
  3. Add the avocado and a slice of lemon for some extra freshness.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill, and add a spoonful of cocktail sauce or dressing.
