Lobster & shellfish
A delicious dish with lobster and shrimp, perfectly combined with the light bubbles of the alcohol-free prosecco Saboritz Spumante . Ingredients
- 1 half cooked lobster, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of Dutch shrimps
- 100 grams of crayfish
- 1 half avocado, sliced
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 50 grams mixed lettuce (for example lamb's lettuce and rocket)
- 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce or a light dressing of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Divide the lettuce over two plates.
- Place the pieces of lobster, shrimp and crayfish neatly on the lettuce.
- Add the avocado and a slice of lemon for some extra freshness.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill, and add a spoonful of cocktail sauce or dressing.
