Pasta with green asparagus

Light, fresh and full of flavour. The combination of crispy green asparagus and creamy feta makes this pasta deliciously simple and perfect for spring.

Pasta with green asparagus

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g green asparagus
  • 100 g feta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces and fry them in olive oil for 3 minutes.
  3. Crush the garlic and fry for another minute.
  4. Mix the asparagus with the pasta and crumble the feta over it.
