For the Salad:

  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 200 grams crab meat
  • 200 grams squid
  • Mixed greens of your choice (e.g., arugula, lamb's lettuce, or baby spinach)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for garnish

For the Citrus Dressing:

  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
