Smoked salmon rolls with cucumber
For 2 persons. Thinly sliced smoked salmon rolled up with crispy cucumber strips and a creamy herb cheese filling. A refined and refreshing starter. Goes well with Augustin's alcohol-free rosé .

Ingredients
- 100 grams of smoked salmon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 50 grams of herb cheese
- A handful of fresh dill, finely chopped (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation method
- Preparing the Ingredients: Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- Finely chop the fresh dill, if using.
- Preparation of the Herb Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the herb cheese with the finely chopped dill (if using) and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Assembling the Ingredients: Place a slice of smoked salmon on a cutting board.
- Spread a thin layer of the herb cheese filling over the smoked salmon.
- Adding Cucumber: Place a few strips of cucumber in the center of the salmon slice.
- Rolling: Carefully roll the smoked salmon into a tight roll.
- Repeat: Repeat these steps with the rest of the ingredients until all of the smoked salmon and cucumber strips have been used.
- Serving: Place the smoked salmon rolls on a serving platter.
- Garnish with extra fresh dill if desired.
