Strawberry tiramisu

Creamy, fresh and a bit summery. This alcohol-free strawberry tiramisu is perfect as a light dessert on a warm day. The combination of strawberry, mascarpone and ladyfingers always works well and you can put it on the table in no time.

Strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pack of ladyfingers (non-alcoholic)
  • Optional: a little icing sugar for extra sweetness

Preparation method

  1. Puree half of the strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and mix with the mascarpone until creamy.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the strawberry sauce and place a layer in a bowl or glass.
  4. Spoon a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
  5. Repeat until all is used up. Finish with a layer of cream.
  6. Garnish with the remaining strawberries, sliced.
  7. Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Best served cold!
