Sushi

Ingredients
- 6-8 pieces of sushi of your choice (e.g. salmon, avocado, cucumber, tuna or maki)
- Soy sauce for dipping
- Wasabi and pickled ginger, to taste
- Optional: a little sesame seeds or finely chopped spring onion for garnish
Preparation method
- Place the sushi on a nice plate and add a little wasabi and pickled ginger. This completes the whole and provides balance with the flavors of the Saicho Hojicha.
- Sprinkle the sushi with some sesame seeds or finely chopped spring onion for an extra flavour accent.
