Ingredients

  • 6-8 pieces of sushi of your choice (e.g. salmon, avocado, cucumber, tuna or maki)
  • Soy sauce for dipping
  • Wasabi and pickled ginger, to taste
  • Optional: a little sesame seeds or finely chopped spring onion for garnish

Preparation method

  1. Place the sushi on a nice plate and add a little wasabi and pickled ginger. This completes the whole and provides balance with the flavors of the Saicho Hojicha.
  2. Sprinkle the sushi with some sesame seeds or finely chopped spring onion for an extra flavour accent.
