Warm camembert from the BBQ

Ingredients

  • 1 whole camembert in a wooden box
  • Baguette, crackers or vegetables for dipping

Preparation method

  1. Light the barbecue and let it get really hot.
  2. Remove the camembert from the packaging and place it back in the wooden box (without plastic).
  3. Cut the top crust crosswise.
  4. Place the camembert (in the box) on the rack and close the lid.
  5. Let it warm up for 10-15 minutes, until the inside is nice and soft.
  6. Remove from the barbecue and serve immediately with pieces of bread or raw vegetables for dipping.
