Warm camembert from the BBQ
Creamy, succulent and perfect for dipping. This warm barbecued Camembert is one of those dishes that everyone will linger over. Simple to make and always a hit at any outdoor moment.

Ingredients
- 1 whole camembert in a wooden box
- Baguette, crackers or vegetables for dipping
Preparation method
- Light the barbecue and let it get really hot.
- Remove the camembert from the packaging and place it back in the wooden box (without plastic).
- Cut the top crust crosswise.
- Place the camembert (in the box) on the rack and close the lid.
- Let it warm up for 10-15 minutes, until the inside is nice and soft.
- Remove from the barbecue and serve immediately with pieces of bread or raw vegetables for dipping.
