Watermelon feta salad Ⓥ
Serves 2. Watermelon feta salad. Fresh watermelon cubes mixed with crumbled feta, chopped mint and a dash of olive oil. Refreshing and hearty at the same time, perfect for a hot day. Goes well with the sparkling tea from Acala Spritz Style

Ingredients
- 1/8 watermelon, diced
- 50 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- A handful of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Preparation of the Ingredients: Cut the watermelon in cubes and crumble the feta cheese. Chop the fresh mint leaves.
- Combining the Ingredients: Place the watermelon cubes in a medium bowl.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped mint leaves over the watermelon and feta.
- Season: Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all ingredients together until evenly distributed.
- Serving: Divide the watermelon feta salad between two serving plates or bowls.
