Serves 2. Watermelon feta salad. Fresh watermelon cubes mixed with crumbled feta, chopped mint and a dash of olive oil. Refreshing and hearty at the same time, perfect for a hot day. Goes well with the sparkling tea from Acala Spritz Style

Watermelon feta salad Ⓥ

Ingredients

  • 1/8 watermelon, diced
  • 50 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Preparation of the Ingredients: Cut the watermelon in cubes and crumble the feta cheese. Chop the fresh mint leaves.
  2. Combining the Ingredients: Place the watermelon cubes in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the finely chopped mint leaves over the watermelon and feta.
  5. Season: Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Gently mix all ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  8. Serving: Divide the watermelon feta salad between two serving plates or bowls.
