Watermelon feta salad Ⓥ
For 2 persons . Fresh watermelon cubes mixed with crumbled feta, chopped mint and a dash of olive oil. Refreshing and savory at the same time, perfect for a hot day. Pairs well with the sparkling tea from Acala Spritz Style
Preparing the Ingredients: Cut the watermelon into cubes and crumble the feta cheese. Finely chop the fresh mint leaves.
Combining the Ingredients: Place the watermelon cubes in a medium bowl.
Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
