Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
Slice the avocado into thin pieces.
Spread a layer of hummus on each wrap.
Top with spinach, avocado, and the warm halloumi.
Roll the wraps tightly and optionally cut them in half.
