Wrap with halloumi and avocado

These wraps are simple, but incredibly tasty. The halloumi gives a savoury, salty bite, while the avocado provides creaminess. Delicious as a light meal or as part of an extensive table full of dishes.

Wrap with halloumi and avocado

Ingredients

  • 4 wraps
  • 200 g halloumi
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

  1. Cut the halloumi into slices of about half a centimeter thick.
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Cut the avocado into thin slices.
  4. Spread each wrap with a layer of hummus.
  5. Top with spinach, avocado and warm halloumi.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and cut them in half if necessary.
