Wrap with halloumi and avocado
These wraps are simple, but incredibly tasty. The halloumi gives a savoury, salty bite, while the avocado provides creaminess. Delicious as a light meal or as part of an extensive table full of dishes.

Ingredients
- 4 wraps
- 200 g halloumi
- 1 avocado
- Handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation method
- Cut the halloumi into slices of about half a centimeter thick.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices.
- Spread each wrap with a layer of hummus.
- Top with spinach, avocado and warm halloumi.
- Roll the wraps tightly and cut them in half if necessary.
