Drinking less alcohol: the need for alternatives is growing
More and more people are looking for a more conscious lifestyle and opt for less or no alcohol. The market for non-alcoholic drinks is therefore growing rapidly. Two experts talk about developments in this area.

The need for alcohol is changing at all levels, food trend watcher Gijsbregt Brouwer also sees. "For example, people only drink on weekends, drink no alcohol at all, or alternate alcohol with no alcohol during a night out."
