The Jasmine Bells is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. It combines the delicate aromas of jasmine tea with the freshness of cucumber and the sweetness of vanilla.

SAICHO - JASMINE BELLS

Ingredients

  • 125ml Saicho Jasmine Tea
  • Cucumber (mashed)
  • 25ml Grapefruit juice
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 10ml lime juice

Preparation method

  1. In your Boston shaker or blender cup, add three cucumber slices, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and vanilla syrup and mash until the cucumber is lightly broken up.
  2. Add ice cubes to your shaker and shake for about 8 to 10 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold
  3. Pour the Saicho Jasmine tea into the shaker.
  4. Add ice cubes to your wine glass.
  5. Using a Hawthorne strainer in one hand and a fine mesh strainer in the other hand, strain the mixture into your wine glass.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
