SAICHO - JASMINE BELLS
The Jasmine Bells is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. It combines the delicate aromas of jasmine tea with the freshness of cucumber and the sweetness of vanilla.

Ingredients
- 125ml Saicho Jasmine Tea
- Cucumber (mashed)
- 25ml Grapefruit juice
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- 10ml lime juice
Preparation method
- In your Boston shaker or blender cup, add three cucumber slices, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and vanilla syrup and mash until the cucumber is lightly broken up.
- Add ice cubes to your shaker and shake for about 8 to 10 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold
- Pour the Saicho Jasmine tea into the shaker.
- Add ice cubes to your wine glass.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer in one hand and a fine mesh strainer in the other hand, strain the mixture into your wine glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill.
