Since its foundation in 2009, the Bodegas Diez Siglos winery has stood for grapes of incredible quality. Driven by a love for their land and for wine, the winemakers have made it their mission to keep alive the age-old heritage of one of Spain’s most exciting grape varieties: Verdejo. In co-production with Diez Siglos, Kolonne Null’s first, ultra-refreshing Verdejo was born.

Kolonne Null, founded by artist Philipp Rößle and his partner Moritz Zyrewitz, combines traditional winemaking with modern technology and an artistic flair.

What makes Kolonne Null unique is their collaboration with award-winning family wineries from all over Europe. Together they carefully select the best grapes, which are vinified in a traditional way. The alcohol is then gently removed via vacuum distillation at low temperatures, which preserves the natural aromas.

In their own wine laboratory in Berlin, the wines are further refined and tested, with the aim of offering an authentic and elegant taste experience. The result is a range of high-quality alcohol-free wines, including Riesling, Rosé and various cuvées, that are loved by wine lovers and top chefs alike.
