Wilfreds - SaboSpritz
Fancy something fresh and vibrant? Meet the SaboSpritz, a tasty mix of Wilfred's bittersweet aromas and the premium bubbles of the Saboritz Spumante. Be surprised by notes of elderflower, pear, rosemary and marmalade.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Wilfred's
- 60 ml Saboritz
- Slice of orange

Add orange slices to the glass. Use a large wine glass or balloon glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Add 30 ml of Wilfred's Spritz.

Add 60 ml of Saboritz Spumante.

Squeeze a piece of orange peel over the glass and rub the rim of the glass.

Garnish with the piece of peel.

Note! It's fun to serve the drink in layers, but make sure to stir the drink before you drink it!
