Ingredients

  • 200 grams pasta of your choice (such as tagliatelle or spaghetti)
  • 100 grams ricotta or burrata
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 50 ml cooking cream or plant-based cream
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, but reserve a cup of the cooking water.
