Who says liquor store, says alcohol. But that will change if it is up to Wim Boekema. In July he opened the first alcohol-free liquor store in the Netherlands. “People ask, why is this only happening now?” The idea came about after another evening of drinks with friends. Boekema had had a very pleasant evening, but his plan to go for a run early the next morning did not materialize.
